Known issues

• TDV6 engine: premature timing chain wear, rattling on cold start, and potential chain failure requiring complete engine rebuild (£4,000–8,000+)
• 9-speed ZF automatic gearbox: reluctance to shift, shuddering during gear changes, and loss of drive requiring gearbox replacement
• DPF (diesel particulate filter) regeneration failures leading to limp mode, excessive soot accumulation, and unplanned £1,500–3,000 replacements
• Electrical gremlins: high-pressure fuel pump failure, fuel injector issues, and intermittent electrical faults affecting engine management
