Known issues

• CVT gearbox occasional hesitation or lag during acceleration; fluid changes may help but CVT longevity beyond 120k km is uncertain
• Plastic interior trim prone to rattles and squeaks, particularly around dashboard and door cards on rougher Irish roads
• Water ingress into taillight clusters in wet conditions; sealed wiring connectors sometimes fail
• Air conditioning compressor can fail prematurely (before 80k km); refrigerant leaks not uncommon
• Fuel pump module electronic sensor faults leading to stalling or no-start conditions (rare but documented)
• Rust on brake discs and caliper sliders in salt-laden coastal areas; requires regular winter cleaning

• Fuel economy and low emissions; realistic 4.8–5.2 L/100 km on mixed driving with good MPG for congested urban commutes
• Nimble handling, tight turning circle, and easy manoeuvrability in tight parking spaces and narrow Irish streets
• Low insurance group (5–6), affordable spare parts, and straightforward DIY maintenance for many consumables
• Lightweight design (around 900 kg) and low power output reduce engine stress and contribute to long service intervals
