Known issues

• Turbocharger carbon build-up and occasional turbo lag on 1.4L turbo petrol engines, particularly if not regularly driven at higher RPMs
• Dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT) occasional judder or hesitation during low-speed manoeuvres or parking
• Electrical faults with infotainment system (MBUX) freezing or requiring hard resets, especially in early production units
• Water ingress into taillight assemblies causing condensation and electrical failures
• Engine timing chain rattle on cold starts in rare cases; premature wear if oil change intervals neglected
• Air conditioning compressor failures reported on some units, typically after 60,000+ miles
