Known issues

• DPF regeneration failures and clogging, leading to limp mode and expensive forced DPF cleaning or replacement (€800–€1,500)
• Electrical faults causing dashboard warning lights, particularly fuel gauge sender issues and engine management light activation
• AdBlue system faults (incorrect level reading, pump failures) requiring replacement units and coding (€400–€700)
• Turbocharger issues including carbon build-up and occasional actuator stiction, especially on low-quality diesel
• Crankshaft position sensor failures causing intermittent start issues and rough idle
