Known issues

• DPF (diesel particulate filter) clogging on low-mileage or predominantly urban driving, causing limp mode or regeneration failures
• EGR valve carbon build-up leading to rough idle or increased emissions readings
• Fuel injector stiction in some 2019 examples, particularly if poor-quality fuel used; symptoms include rough starting or white smoke on cold start
• Occasional electrical gremlins with driver-side door lock actuator or window regulator
• Brake fluid contamination or sensor faults triggering warning lights prematurely
• Timing chain noise on cold mornings (rare but reported); chain itself is robust but hydraulic tensioner can wear
