Known issues

• DPF regeneration issues and blocked filters, particularly on vehicles with short urban journeys
• EGR valve carbon buildup causing rough idle and increased emissions on some 2.0 TDI units
• Injector coil failures on 2.0 TDI engines, resulting in hard starting and rough running
• DSG 7-speed gearbox occasional judder on low-speed manoeuvres and during gear changes
• Water ingress into tailgate area causing corrosion and electrical gremlins
• Turbocharger wastegate rattle on cold starts in early 2021 models
