Known issues

• DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) clogging and forced regeneration cycles leading to limp mode; common in low-mileage urban driving
• Electrical faults including malfunctioning instrument clusters, infotainment system freezes, and CAN bus communication errors
• Engine oil aeration and excessive oil consumption on some D3 units, particularly around 60,000+ miles
• Turbocharger lag and occasional turbo actuator stiction; can cause hesitation on acceleration
• Gearbox shudder on manual and automatic variants during low-speed manoeuvres or gear changes under load
• EGR valve carbon build-up causing rough idle and increased emissions on higher-mileage examples
