Known issues

• Infotainment system lag and occasional touchscreen freezing in early 2023 models
• Carbon build-up on direct-injection petrol engines after 60,000+ miles, causing rough idle or hesitation
• Minor water ingress into door seals, particularly on driver's side
• DSG gearbox (if fitted) can exhibit judder during low-speed manoeuvres or parking
• 12V battery drain issues in parked vehicles, particularly with older software versions
• Occasional cracking in plastic interior trim pieces under vibration
