Known issues

• DSG dual-clutch gearbox shudder/hesitation on low-speed acceleration, particularly in traffic
• DPF (diesel particulate filter) clogging and forced regeneration cycles, especially on short urban drives
• Diesel particulate injector carbon build-up causing rough idle and increased emissions; common after 60,000 miles
• AdBlue system faults and heater element failure, triggering warning lights and limiting vehicle operation
• Turbocharger bearing play and premature wear leading to loss of power and increased exhaust smoke
• EGR valve carbon deposits causing poor cold starting and limp-mode activation
