• Hybrid battery capacity degradation very rare but possible after 150,000+ miles; typically retains 85–95% capacity

• 12V auxiliary battery drain if vehicle left unused for extended periods; 12V battery replacement ~€120–180
• Brake fluid contamination slightly earlier than conventional cars due to brake-by-wire integration; fluid change every 3 years recommended
• Dashboard rattles around instrument cluster on rough roads (trim panel issue, not mechanical)
• Occasional TPMS sensor failure; sensors cost ~€60–100 each
