Known issues

• Timing chain rattle on cold start in early morning (usually minor, rarely requires replacement before 120k miles)
• Front brake pad wear slightly faster than expected due to vehicle weight distribution
• Door handle mechanisms can become stiff or crack after 5–6 years of use
• Occasional electrical gremlins with power windows or central locking contacts, especially in damp Irish conditions
• Engine oil sludge if servicing intervals stretched beyond 12 months or 10k miles
