Known issues

• Carbon build-up on direct injection petrol valves causing rough idle and hesitation around 80,000–120,000 km; preventative fuel system cleaning recommended
• DSG dual-clutch gearbox (if fitted) occasional judder or hesitation during low-speed manoeuvres or parking; software updates often resolve
• Infotainment system (MIB3) software glitches including touchscreen unresponsiveness or Bluetooth disconnects; updates via Seat dealership
• Water ingress into rear light clusters, causing condensation and occasional electrical faults
• Turbocharger failure on 1.5 TSI variant (if fitted) has been reported, though rare; usually covered under warranty in 2022 models
