Known issues

• 1.0 TSI engine carbon build-up on direct injection valves, particularly under 3,000 miles annually — causes rough idle and hesitation
• Dual-clutch DSG gearbox (on automatic models) occasional shudder during low-speed creep and first-gear engagement
• Infotainment touchscreen occasional freezing or unresponsive touch inputs — software glitch requiring reset
• Door lock actuators failing prematurely on driver and passenger doors — intermittent locking issues
• Turbocharger wastegate rattle on cold starts in first 10 seconds — stress on seal
• Rear shock absorber corrosion and premature wear in Irish/UK salt conditions
