Known issues

• Timing chain tensioner rattle on cold start, particularly noticeable on 1.2 PureTech engines—can indicate wear after 80k miles

• Interior door handle plastic breaking, especially driver's side from repeated use

• DRL (daytime running light) circuit failures and headlight condensation—known design weakness in this generation
• Clutch wear and judder on manual gearboxes; dual-mass flywheel can fail around 80–100k miles
