• 6-speed manual gearbox occasionally exhibits notchy engagement and gear-selection issues, particularly in cold weather
• DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) clogging and regeneration problems, especially on vehicles with short city driving patterns
• Electrical gremlins including intermittent dashboard warning lights and infotainment system freezing
• EGR valve carbon build-up causing rough idle and reduced power output after 60,000+ miles
• Fuel injector deposits leading to starting difficulty and increased emissions on older fuel
• Rear brake pad wear more rapid than expected due to weight distribution
