• DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) clogging and regeneration issues, especially on low-mileage or predominantly urban driving
• Diesel injector faults causing rough idle, poor starting, and increased emissions
• EGR valve and cooler problems leading to reduced power and fault code activation
• Timing chain stretch and rattle on cold starts, particularly above 80,000 miles
• Gearbox judder on low-speed manoeuvres (manual and automatic variants)
• Water ingress into door seals and window regulators causing electrical issues
