Known issues

• DPF (diesel particulate filter) clogging and regeneration failures, particularly on low-mileage or urban-driven examples
• 1.5 dCi fuel injector sticking and carbon buildup leading to rough idle and starting difficulties
• EGR valve carbon accumulation causing reduced power and increased emissions
• Timing chain rattling on cold start, occasionally progressing to chain stretch
• Electrical gremlins with dashboard warning lights (check engine, emissions) coming on intermittently
• AdBlue system malfunctions and doser unit leaks, especially if AdBlue quality is poor
