Known issues

• CVT automatic transmission (where fitted) can exhibit hesitation and hunting behaviour during acceleration; manual versions are more robust
• Timing chain rattle on cold starts in some examples, particularly if oil changes neglected

• Occasional starter motor failure reported around 80,000–120,000 km
• Air conditioning compressor issues in some higher-mileage examples; regas cycles may not hold long
• Door and window seals can deteriorate, leading to water ingress and wind noise
