Known issues

• Timing chain rattle on cold start, particularly in earlier morning use—requires chain tensioner inspection or replacement (£800–£1,500)
• Electrical faults with infotainment system (touchscreen glitches, Bluetooth dropouts, software freezing)
• Water ingress into door seals and window regulators causing interior damp and electrical shorts
• Turbo lag and occasional turbo wastegate actuator failure (if turbocharged variant) leading to loss of boost pressure
• DSG/automatic gearbox (if applicable) judder or hesitation during low-speed creeping or parking manoeuvres
• Premium fuel requirement (95 RON minimum, 98 RON recommended) adding 8–12% to fuel bills vs. equivalent petrols
