Known issues

• Clutch wear on manual variants, particularly in stop-start city driving (common around 80,000–100,000 km)
• Door lock actuators occasionally fail, requiring replacement of the entire lock assembly
• Minor electrical gremlins with power windows and central locking (usually software-related, fixed under warranty)
• Fuel pump relay issues reported in isolated cases, causing intermittent starting problems
• Rear brake pad wear faster than expected due to drum brake design on base models
• AC compressor noise/vibration in warm climates (rare but noted in some units)

Good for

• Affordable city runabout with tight turning circle and easy manoeuvrability in tight spaces
• Excellent fuel economy (typically 45–52 mpg combined WLTP, often better in urban driving)
