• DPF regeneration failures and excessive soot accumulation, particularly on vehicles with short urban driving patterns
• Electrical gremlins including intermittent dashboard warning lights, infotainment system freezing, and battery drain issues
• Water ingress into door seals and sunroof mechanisms, causing electrical faults and interior trim damage
• Diesel particulate filter blockages requiring expensive forced regeneration or replacement (€1,200–€2,000)
• Transmission hesitation and judder, especially in low-speed city driving with the 8-speed automatic
