Known issues

• TCe 100 petrol engine prone to carbon build-up on intake valves causing hesitation and rough idle, especially if using lower-octane fuel regularly
• Manual gearbox synchro wear and notchy shifting after 80,000–100,000 km; clutch judder on engagement
• Water ingress into door seals and window regulators causing interior electrical gremlins and door handle corrosion
• Suspension strut top mounts deteriorate prematurely (40,000–60,000 km), leading to clunking and uneven tyre wear
• Infotainment system freezing and Bluetooth disconnection; occasional instrument cluster display faults
