• Direct injection carbon build-up on 1.0L turbo engine leading to rough idling and reduced performance after 50,000+ miles
• Clutch judder and premature wear on manual gearbox, particularly on 5-speed variants under stop-start driving
• Electrical gremlins: window switches failing, heating/ventilation controls intermittent, dashboard illumination loss
• Timing chain rattle on cold start, especially in winter months on higher-mileage examples (80,000+ miles)
• Plastic interior trim pieces loose or rattling; door card panels prone to coming detached
• Rust perforation on rear door edges and undercarriage exposed areas by 60,000 miles if not undersealed
