• DPF (diesel particulate filter) blockage and regeneration issues, particularly on vehicles with frequent short journeys
• Electrical gremlins: window regulators failing prematurely, central locking intermittent faults
• AdBlue system faults and sensor errors causing warning lights and potential limp-mode
• Transmission shudder or hesitation during low-speed manoeuvres (manual gearbox notchy engagement)
• Suspension creaks from lower control arms and stabiliser bar bushes on rougher Irish roads
• Rust development on undercarriage and fuel tank shield despite factory coating, especially in coastal areas
