Known issues

• Electrical glitches: infotainment system lag, occasional dashboard warning light spurious activation, and Bluetooth connectivity intermittency reported
• Turbo petrol carbon build-up on direct-injection valves leading to rough idle or slight hesitation (1.5 TSI units in particular)
• DSG dual-clutch gearbox (if fitted) judder on low-speed city manoeuvres and occasional hesitation between gears
• Water ingress into tailgate area causing corrosion and interior water pooling during heavy rain (seal tolerances)
• Timing chain rattle on cold start, particularly in first 10 seconds post-startup (VW Group common issue)
• Coolant leaks from hose connections around the turbocharger assembly, requiring resealing
