Known issues

• DPF regeneration issues and blocked filters on low-mileage/short-journey vehicles, leading to limp-mode and costly cleaning
• AdBlue system sensor faults and heater element failures, preventing engine start
• EGR valve carbon build-up and occasional sticking, causing rough idle and emissions warning lights
• Diesel injector carbon deposits over time, particularly on poor-quality fuel
• 8-speed automatic gearbox (EAT8) occasional hesitation or judder during gear changes, especially at low speeds
• 12V battery drain issues in some units, related to infotainment or comfort module faults
