• DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) clogging and regeneration issues, especially on short-distance urban driving

• Timing chain tensioner wear causing rattling on cold start; premature failure can lead to engine damage
• DSG 8-speed automatic gearbox judder or hesitation during low-speed manoeuvres and gear changes
• Diesel injector coking and failure, reducing power and increasing fuel consumption (€1,200–€2,000 per injector set)
• Water ingress into headlight assemblies causing condensation and electrical faults
