Known issues

• DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) clogging and forced regeneration cycles, especially on low-mileage or urban driving patterns
• Fuel injector carbon build-up and occasional misfires due to tight tolerances in the B47 diesel engine
• AdBlue heater element failures causing limp-mode and expensive SCR system repairs (€800–€1,200)
• Timing chain rattle on cold starts, particularly in early 2020 models with the B47D20 engine
• Gearbox software glitches on the 8-speed automatic (ZF 8HP), resulting in rough shifts or delayed engagement
• Water ingress into the rear light clusters causing electrical faults and corrosion
