Known issues

• Carbon accumulation on intake valves with direct injection petrol engines, leading to rough idle or reduced performance if not professionally cleaned every 60,000–80,000 km
• DSG 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox judder or hesitation during low-speed manoeuvres (stop-start traffic), particularly in early morning cold starts
• Water ingress into LED tail-light clusters due to poor seal design, causing electrical faults or lamp failure
• Cooling system issues including thermostat failure and occasional coolant leaks from hose connections under load
• 12V battery drain or premature failure due to the car's high parasitic draw in standby mode
• Turbocharger wastegate rattle under acceleration on some examples, especially if servicing intervals are extended
